All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify customers if there is a significant delay.

Estimated delivery time depends on your location.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities / Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Example:

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹999
  • Standard Shipping: ₹50–₹100 depending on location

Shipping costs will be displayed before completing the purchase.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via:

  • SMS

You can use this tracking number to check your delivery status.


5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or not delivered within the expected time, please contact us with your Order ID.

6. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
